    Tandoori Fish Recipe below.


    Ingredients of tandoori Pomfret –                    2 servings

    Pomfret –                                                                 500 gms

    Gramflour (besan attat)                                        2tsp

    Haldi                                                                         ½ tsp

    Garam Masala                                                         1ts

    Zeera Powder                                                           1tsp

    Ginger Garlic Paste                                                 2tsp

    Red chilli                                                                   1 ½ Tsp

    Salt                                                                              to taste

    Tandoori Masala                                                       1tsp

    Red food colour                                                         a Pinch

    Lemong Juice                                                             2tsp

    Vinegar                                                                         2tsp

    Carcoal                                                                         small pcs

               How to make Tandoori Pomfret.

    ·      ·      For preparing this easy recipe you need to begin with cleaning and cutting of fish (I have made the pieces you can also keep the whole fish making incisions on it)

·      In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well to foam ans smooth paste
·      Apply this margination on both the sides of the fish.
·      Place the fish in a heavy bottom pan and give a charcoal smoke to it and keep the lid close for 3 to 4  mins. Allow fish to marinate in the fridge for at least 1hour.
·      Heat oil in a pan add Fish and fry t ill Golden Brown In colour.
·      Serve hot with Onion rings and lemon Wedges.
