Chilli Garlic Prawns
Easy prawns recipe with loads of flavors, the best feeling of dinning at the fancy thai restaurants.
Prawns pan fried and tossed in juicy tangy sauce with quite simple and easy recipe made with few ingredients.
This chilli garlic recipe will not take more than 20 mins if you have cleaned prawns ready at your table.

RECIPE
Ingredients for batter fry
Cornflour 2tbsp
All purpose flour (Maida) 2tbsp
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Dark soya Sauce 1tbsp
Blackpepper powder ½ tsp
Egg 1
Prawns 300gms
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ingredients for sauce:
oil 3tbsp
Garlic (fine chop) 2tbsp
ginger (chop) 1/2tbsp
Onion of spring onion 1tbsp
Chilli flakes 1tbsp
Capsicum 1 nos
Dark soya sauce 2tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 1tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1/2tsp
Method:
1)In a bowl add cornflour, all-purpose flour dark soya sauce ginger paste garlic paste and black pepper powder.
2)Now add one whole Egg and mix it
thoroughly so that there are no lumps left in the batter.
3)Now add cleaned and washed prawns to
the batter and coat the prawns in the batter.
4)Now heat oil and add prawns one by
one and fry till golden and crisp.
5)Once prawns are fried remove the
prawns on the paper towel and keep aside.
6)Take 1tbsp of cornflour and 1tbsp
water mix it and prepare slurry and keep aside.
7)Now in a pan add oil add ginger
garlic minced and fry till the raw smell goes.
8)Add onion of spring onion and chilli
flakes fry for some time.
9)Now add chopped capsicum dark soya
sauce chilli garlic sauce and vinegar and mix it.
10) Add water to the pan and mix it
well than add cornflour slurry and prawns and mix it well.
11) Mix the prawns in the sauce well
and fry for few seconds.
Delicious prawns ready to serve hot
